Vineyard Community Church

Then you need to be trained to act like a leader, think like a scholar, and love like the Lord. VLI integrates hands-on training, ministry experience, spiritual formation, and academic understanding with an uncompromising commitment to excellence in biblical-theological, ministerial and spiritual-formational training. VLI instructors are effective practitioners: seasoned and experienced pastors, recognized theologians committed to Vineyard-style ministry, and experts in the fields that they teach. VLI provides a 2-year (seven quarter) program of training requiring approximately 20 hours of combined study and involvement in ministry per week. VLI's method of learning to do the works of the Kingdom of God while understanding what the Bible teaches about the Kingdom of God is a proven and effective combination that equips leaders for service to God and his people.

The Vineyard Community Church – Central Maryland is pleased to serve as the VLI-AD (VLI at a distance) hub for the Mid-Atlantic area facilitating quarterly VLI training for leaders in the region.
